Tubular Breast Deformity
Before: 22 year-old woman with constricted breast deformity. Her breasts looked droopy because
the fold was abnormally high and the normally developed breast above the fold was hanging over.
After:
Her
primary wish was to improve the shape of the breast. With BRAVA + AFT and Rigottomies, in one small
outpatient procedure we lowered the fold, generated a lower pole of the breast, and improved her overall
shape. Result at 2 year post-op without any incisions or implants.

Stable 9-month postoperative result. In a
single procedure we regenerated a pleasing lower pole of the breast without any incisions, scars, or

Before: 18 year-old woman with button-like underdeveloped tuberous breast deformity.

Breast Aplasia Deformity
Before: 17 year-old girl who failed to develop her right breast because she had a tumor of her
chest excised in infancy. She had a rudimentary nipple areola complex tethered to the chest with marked
underdevelopment of the lower pole of the breast.
After:
She is shown here 1.5 years after the last procedure. We have restored a normal symmetrical breast contour.
Without any incision or implant we have generated a normal-looking and normal-feeling breast.

Tubular Breast Deformity
Before: 20 year-old woman with marked breast asymmetry. The right side is underdeveloped and the
left side has congenital ptosis.
After: Both breasts were treated with BRAVA + AFT. To lower the nipple on
the right we generated upper breast skin with the PALF. To raise it on the left we had to make an
incision around the areola and excise some excess skin.
Tubular Breast Deformity
Before: 20 year-old woman with tuberous breast deformity. After BRAVA expansion to loosen up the
congenital constriction and to increase the circulation, she was treated with Rigottomies to mesh.
The mesh expands in 3 dimensions the deficient lower pole of the breast and with PALF to generate
the extra amount of skin needed to restore a normal breast contour.
After:
Stable result 6 months after 1 outpatient procedure. She didn't have any incisions, sutures, or
implants—only BRAVA expansion, fat grafts, and needle sticks.

Before: 25 year-old woman with asymmetry from markedly underdeveloped left breast. Corrected with one single BRAVA + AFT procedure to the left breast only.
