One-year result after the BRAVA + AFT breast augmentation procedure. 330 mL of fat were harvested by liposuction from each love handle and micrografted into the BRAVA expanded breasts.
Pre- (above) and post- (below) liposuction photos show the improved body contour of the donor sites. Volume measurement from 3-D reconstructions of the baseline versus one-year follow up MRI shows a 270 mL augmentation per breast and more than 80% graft survival.

Her natural-looking breast augmentation at 9-month follow up. She still shows some skin hyperpigmentation from wearing BRAVA, a not-too-uncommon effect in pigmented skin that can be treated with bleaching creams. Volumetric 3-D reconstruction of her pre- and post-RI scans documented 400 ml of healthy fat augmentation per breast.
The patient had a tuberous deformity in her breast.
