Thirty three year-old woman with cancer on her left breast just before the left mastectomy.
Four months after her final procedure, she has regenerated a new left breast, improved her waistline and body figure. At the time the mastectomy was performed, fat grafts were initially added to the left breast. A second procedure with BRAVA expansion, added fat grafts to the breast. Also, she benefited from an incisionless mastopexy. A final MRI confirms that the new left breast contains only healthy normal fat.
The patient underwent an immediate reconstruction. She wanted to have soft natural feeling breast that felt like her own original breast.
The reconstruction was successful and the ample fat was grafted from her thighs for a full reconstruction. After the surgery, the patient was able to have normal sensation over her nipple. It was so sensitive she could feel a cotton wisp over her nipples.
Thirty five year-old woman with DCIS in both breasts just before undergoing nipple-sparing bilateral mastectomies and immediate regeneration of her breast mounds with fat liposuctioned from her thighs.
After 1 year
After two subsequent BRAVA + AFT sessions, she regenerated two larger natural breasts and improved her saddlebag thighs. She was also able to restore sensation to her nipples.
36 year-old woman just before her bilateral prophylactic mastectomies. We plan to remove the nipple that is rich in cancer-prone breast tissue but preserve the pigmented areola skin. We also marked the abdominal liposuction where she has ample amounts of fat.
After 4 Months
We grafted her chest muscles with liposuctioned fat at the time of the mastectomy and twice afterward with 2 months of BRAVA expansion in between. 4 months later she has regenerated 2 new natural DD cup breasts and due to the repeated lipo - suction, she lost most of her excess abdominal fat.
