Dr. Calva completed his training at the prestigious Johns Hopkins/University of Maryland Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery program. The Johns Hopkins Hospital has been ranked by US News and World Reports as the #1 hospital in the US for 23 years. Dr. Calva trained under leaders in the field of Aesthetic/Cosmetic and Reconstructive surgery of the breast, and has co-authored over 20 peer-reviewed articles and book chapters in some of the most well respected medical journals. He specializes in nipple/areola sparing mastectomies with immediate reconstruction using minimally invasive techniques with your own natural tissues.
Dr. Nadal has been a board certified plastic surgeon for over 25 years. He served as chief of Plastic Surgery at Mercy Hospital in Miami and was the past president of the Miami Society of Plastic Surgeons.
