Khouri, MD, FACS Khouri has developed a 2 step technique for natural breast enhancement. The process is a combination of an external suction device called BRAVA and fat grafting, or fat transfer to the breast. The article also explains how a live scaffold is built to hold and sustain the transferred fat.
